Meet Owner Chris Sarabia
I do not come from a family of cleaners – I spent 13 years working for the nation’s largest outdoor Co-Op retailer, a company with legendary standards of customer-service. The early part of my career was spent in retail stores serving and outfitting customers; I later held positions in retail management, merchandising, buying, and new business development. Looking back, while many of the skills I learned played a critical role in my entrepreneurial pivot, none were as crucial as the formative years alongside customers learning what it truly means to earn trust and exceed expectations.
Since jumping in head-first to fabric care I’ve built relationships with some of the most respected people in the industry, received multiple certifications from the IICRC (Institute of Cleaning & Restoration Certification), and traveled cross-country to train and learn the most current approaches to cleaning and care from those executing at the highest level.
